A deposit of 2,000.00€ is charged at the time of booking and is paid.

40% of the rental is paid on confirmation of rental.

30% is paid a month before the check-in.

30% balance is paid at check-in + 2,000.00€ deposit + 300.00€ cleaning maintenance. Maintenance cleaning if required: 15€/hr.

The deposit will be reimbursed 48 hours after the departure of the client after checking that all is in order.

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival will result in a full refund of the deposit, cancellations less than 60 days before arrival will mean the loss of the deposit unless it is possible to make a similar booking later in the year.

If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival we will ask the client to pay 40% of the total rental due unless we are able to fill the slot with another booking. .

Check-in is between 16:00 h and 19:00 h.

Check-out is before 12:00 h, unless previously arranged.

All clients need to register with either passport or ID card. Registration is sent to the local police (Mossos de Esquadra).

Arrivals after 20:00 h or on Sundays will incur an extra charge of 40€. Check-in after midnight will incur an extra charge of 75€.

Mas Peirot is rented for a minimum of seven nights and prices are in Euros for the whole house per day. It houses 14 guests at one time, but up to four extra beds can be added for children if required.
